Can you make a bag to order?

Absolutely! Think of us as your personal dessert chef—but for bags. If you have a specific vision, let us know, and we’ll whip up something special just for you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Oops, had a change of heart (or address)? If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. But if it's already on its way—like a freshly baked treat out of the oven—we can’t make any changes.

Can I change my billing address after my order has been placed?

Sorry, this one’s set in stone! Once an order is placed, the billing address stays as is.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We know—sometimes cravings shift! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us ASAP, and we’ll try to help. But if your bag is already on its way to you, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes for international shipping?

Our bags are guilt-free, but customs might have their own rules! The price you pay at checkout doesn’t include import duties or taxes—these are handled by your local customs. Check with them for details before placing your order.

Will my order be delayed at customs?

Every now and then, international orders get a little extra “marination” at customs, causing delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Unfortunately, we can’t control this, but rest assured—it’ll be worth the wait!
